Last year we introduced a new look called the "Allegion Design System Phoenix 2.0" to Order Status 3.0 and to the 360 Portal Launchpad. In March 2024, Case Management has been updated to the new look and feel which is consistent with Order Status and 360 Portal Launchpad.
