Added a field for Expedite Reason
Expedite case form now has a new field added to describe the reason for expediting an order. Once you have selected the case request type as 'Expedite' while creating a new case, the form displays the following question in addition to the previous input fields
- Why do you want to expedite this order?
Appropriate option can be selected from the drop-down list:
- Project Schedule
- Missed Shipment Date
- Safety & Security Issue
Canadian users can't change the ship-to address on the form
Since Canadian accounts have pre-approved ship-to addresses, Canadian users can not automatically change the address so the following input fields has been removed from the case form
- Shipping and handling method requested
- This is the shipment address we have for this order. Do you want to change it?
If a Canadian Customer wants to request an address change, they can respond to the question "Is there anything else we should know about this request?"
