Short-Answer:
Your PO and Order Number will not display until the factory assigns shipment dates. This often takes 1-3 days and occassionally more. You should also double check that you have selected the correct account/branch and there are no typos. We are analyzing an enhancement to display PO and orders without dates so that they will be visible sooner.
Long-Answer:
When a customer submits a PO, it is processed by the order entry team and assigned an Order Number. An email is sent to the person who submitted the PO so they will know the corresponding order number. The order is then routed to the factory where they check that parts are available and determine when items can be manufactured and assembled. The factory provides the original estimated ship date and the current estimated ship date. Once these dates are entered into the order entry systems, a nightly batch job runs to load the order information into a datamart. The portal queries the datamart and the information will display.
