Dear Valued Customer, As previously shared, on September 5, 2023, Allegion will begin charging for Schlage Mobile Bluetooth® Credentials issued on or after this date. This change only applies to those using the ENGAGETM web app to issue Schlage Mobile Bluetooth Credentials. Introducing Allegion License Manager Along with this change, we are introducing Allegion License Manager (ALM) for integrators and channel partners. Allegion License Manager allows the convenient issuance and management of mobile credential licenses. ALM went live September 5 on the Allegion 360 Portal. With Allegion License Manager, service providers can automate their source-to-pay cycle for Schlage Mobile Bluetooth credentials and be in control of their suite of credential products. This tool will allow customers to easily view license status, renew licenses, and receive notifications when licenses are about to expire.
