PO Tracker: Export Feature (July 2026)

There are two categories of exports available. On the “home” PO List page, the exports are at the account level. This enables you to get information about all the open PO or all the shipped POs on your account.

On the PO Detail page, the exports are specific to the PO you are looking at.

Here are the details about the specific downloads that are available to export.

1. On the PO List page (covers past 90 days data)

• Opens POs
  • Open POs: order data at header level export. Download all open purchase orders.
  • Open Order Lines: Line-level export. Export all order lines whose line status is Open (Order Acknowledged and not shipped yet).

• Shipped POs
  • Invoiced POs: header level export — exports invoice-level data for shipped POs.
  • Invoice Lines: invoice line–level export — exports detailed invoice line records.
  • Shipment Track: shipped-item line export — exports shipped order line items with their shipment/tracking numbers.

2. On PO Details page

• PO Details: Individual PO data export — option to export order(s) data for a PO. Includes the data that is visible under the POT PO Details page (UI).
• Pricing: export PO data with pricing amount details at order’s line level

The benefits of the POT export features are:

1. All export files are in xlsx format (Microsoft Excel)
2. More complete data sets.
3. Colour coded columns instead of monochrome shade            
4. Snack bar messaging for successful and failure error handling
