Color-coded PO Status Codes and PO Line Status Codes

Here are the color-coded status codes that apply to Purchase Orders:

1. PO Received: Allegion has received the Purchase Order
2. Order Entry: Allegion has assigned an order number and is doing data processing to populate the item descriptions, quantities, prices and estimated shipment dates for the order. 
3. Order Acknowledged: Allegion has completed the data processing of your Purchase Order and a Sales Order Acknowledgement (SOA) is now available for your review.
4. Partially Shipped: Some items on the order have shipped.
5. Shipped: All items on the order have shipped.
6. Cancelled: There are a variety of reasons why a Purchase Order and Order could be cancelled. If you have questions, please contact customer service.

Here are the status codes that apply to Purchase Order Lines:

1. Acknowledged: Allegion has completed the data processing of this Purchase Order Line and a Sales Order Acknowledgement (SOA) is now available for your review.
2. In Processing: the PO line is "in processing" when the factory is manufacturing or preparing to ship the line.
3. Partially Shipped: Some of the product on the orderline have shipped, but order quantity is greater than shipped quantity.
4. Shipped: All quantity on the orderline have shipped.
5. Cancelled: There are a variety of reasons why a Purchase Order Line could be cancelled. If you have questions, please contact customer service.
