View the below tips and frequently asked questions as you begin using the dashboards.
How can you access the dashboard
Log in to the 360 Portal
Click the Quick Ship Reports and Resources Tile on the 360 Portal Launchpad
Navigate to the ProExpress Inventory or the Accessories FastTrack Inventory Dashboard *
* Note: The Accessories FastTrack Inventory Dashboard reflects stocked items from Ives, Glynn-Johnson and Zero only. Made to order products from Schlage, Von Duprin, and LCN are available but not included in the dashboard. Made to order products will still ship within 5 days.
How to use the dashboards
Easily type in the search bar by model number and hit enter for easy adjustment
Filter by Brand, product category, family/series, description, model number, finish, or UPC

Who can use view the new dashboards?
o Any US Allegion direct customer with 360 Portal access can view the new Quick Ship
Dashboard on the Allegion 360 Portal launch pad.
Is there a Quick Link to access the new dashboards?
o Yes, https://programs.allegion.com/quickship
Why does the FastTrack Dashboard only include Accessories brands?
o The FastTrack Inventory Dashboard only reflects stocked items from Ives, Glynn-Johnson
and Zero. Schlage, Von Duprin, and LCN are available, but not included in the dashboard
because they are made-to-order. Made-to-order products will still ship within 5 days.
How often is the dashboard updated?
o Every two hours
What if I would like to order an item with low or 0 inventory?
o Pro Express - standard lead times may apply if an order exceeds the on-hand quantity
indicated by the dashboard or available product at time of order.
o US Accessories Fast Track – Please refer to published lead-time report
o Contact customer support at (877) 871-7011 to look into potential substitutions
Can I order via the new Quick Ship dashboards?
o Customers cannot order via the dashboards. View the below how to order information:
o ProExpress - How to Order: Orders received by 6pm EST (excluding weekends and
holidays) will ship next business day (standard shipping should allow for delivery in 5 days
or less). Submit orders via the Overtur Estimate and Order system, or by email:
Allegion_Orders@allegion.com (Orders must specify Pro Express in the subject line of the
email or on the PO).
o FastTrack - How to Order: Orders received prior to 3pm EST (excluding weekends and
holidays) ship within 5 business days of the order receipt. Submit orders via email:
Allegion_Orders@allegion.com (Orders must specify Fast Track in the subject line of the
email or on the PO). Program applies to either buying program orders or valid quotes.
