Order Status 3.0 - Feb (2024)

February 2024 release for 360 Portal, the Order Status 3.0 has got updated with following new capabilities:

1. The PO List has search options and to it we have now added another category 'Item #' to search data based on item title and description.

To search data based on Item, following are the steps

• First select the Item# option from the list of search categories
• Type the item name or description you want to search
• Hit 'Enter' key on the keyboard or click on the search icon

The results will be displayed based on the matching name / description used for search

2. View additional column 'Total Net Amount' which been added to the list of columns in the PO List page. This column can be shown or hidden from view based on the Show/Hide Column selection.

3. Display of active ERPs (ERP that are synced regularly not broken for more than 6 months to sync)

'Last Updated' section that displays the ERP sync, has now been enhanced to display only active ERPs. Any ERP that is not synced for last 6 months or above will no longer be listed and user will not see that in the view under 'Last Updated'.
