Improvements to the data for Canada (Jan 2023)

In the past, the Mapics ERP pushed a flat file of data. With this major release, we now "pull" data from the MAPICS ERP. This allowed for a handful of outstanding bugs to be fixed, including shipment data. This also improved the handling of sales taxes for Canada.

The teams are planning to add the "Staged Quantity" to the order status screens in the second half of 2023.
