Moving Shipping Order from Old Account to new account
We recently went through a name change and can no longer look up our old orders via the portal. Is there a solution to try and get the older CBORD orders to be added to our new account so we can have someone look them up via the portal instead of having to e-mail Allegion to request a case opened in those instances. Is there a way to get that done?
