PO Tracker Request
Feedback:
- Reduce the amount of clicks. We should not have to click on the down arrow to see the PO. That is the entire point of viewing this. Why would we need to enter a PO and then open it again?
- Export function - I see this is coming soon but this is critical
- Last Update - ability to see when the system was last updated
- Alerts and flags - I thought we were going to receive an email about items we flagged. I only noticed that these items get moved to the top of the tracker. If we do receive alerts, who do these go to and can you have the option to add in others to receive alerts as the status changes? (Does this alert the factory in any way to indicate these are priorities)?
- Ability to flag lines within an order that are priority?
- See true totals with tariff info and estimated shipping when applicable (for example, Fastrack and Proexpress would have 0 for shipping). Visibility into the PO total, not just by line.
- Ability to see the customers PO and acknowledgment.
- Mobile version that shows PO status, ship date and tracking
- Tracking info should link to site as it does now.
- Where is the legend or key which defines each of the colors and status info?
- Case information is not loaded
- Can we have all our assigned accounts appear in default view?

The features above, I agree with completely.
Emtek allows you to request notification about status changes on orders. They also allow you to then add in another email. This way we can allow our customers to get a notification when an order ships with no other info than tracking.
