"Do Not Ship Before Date" or "Ship Complete" notes need to be to be visible in the portal
I have (Canadian) customers chasing orders without having the visibility of the initial PO comments that sometimes contain a "Do Not Ship Before date of X or Ship Complete". If they had this visibility to all DNS before comments they would (not could) avoid constant calls & emails to customer service with expedite requests on orders. Customers need the ability to identify on their own how we have entered their order and how they can make changes to those comments with the CS teams being aware of the request. They should have the ability to override the initial request as project requirements change...like "ship and back order as product becomes available".

Hi John A.N. Woods and thanks for submitting this feature request. This functionality is on our roadmap for the new app we are building which is called the PO Tracker. The PO Tracker screen will have information about ship complete/partial and also do-not-ship-before. The user will be able to submit a case with customer service if they need to make changes to the order. This will be available for US customers in late 2025 and for Canadian customers in 2026.
