Make return labels from UPS available in portal or from Allegion
Return label tags are currently emailed to the owner of the case. These emails come from a third party (UPS) and often go into junk mail. There isn't any identifying information in the email as to what case, order, po, etc. the email is in reference to, just a scary attachment to open. The attachment does include the case number.
It would be awesome if we could pull associated documents (like the return label tag) from the portal...or at the very least, make them available to pull by an Allegion person.
