Case Mgmt: Tell me who created the case
Customers are using the Case Mgmt app on the portal to see who created cases and is the point of contact within their company for a case.
For example, when a replacement product comes into their warehouse, the warehouse person will use the case number to look on the portal and read the case resolution details. They need to know what to do with the replacement part. They need to see contact information for who created the case so they can then make sure it’s going to the right person.
