Case Mgmt: I want to submit more types of cases on the portal
The "as-is" list of request types, sub-types and credit reasons are listed below. What additional types of cases would you like to submit on the portal?
AS-IS:

Should we add:
- Request pricing on an item
- Request documents (what kind of documents?)
- what else?

We also need to put in another option for request recommit date information. The only option we have around that is expedite and when things are not shipping well, those get denied often.

We should add an option for "order entry erro or just Allegion error". The "wrong item ordered or incorrect item received" leaves question if this is customer or allegion error.
