Case Mgmt: Want to attach files/photos to a case
Customers want to be able to attach docs/ pics to cases. Currently, they have to send them pics in separately and “it’s just a pain.”

The development team is adding this functionality! Customers will be able to upload files (photos, copy of PO, etc) to a case.

This functionality is available in production - customers can upload files to a case.
