Order Status: Update shipping information more than once a day

Currently, shipping data is updated overnight in a daily batch. When items ship during the day, the updates are not displayed in Order Status until the next day. We'd like the shipping and tracking information to be near-time or at least every two hours.

  We are building a new app called the PO Tracker. The data will be updated several times a day. The functionality should be in production by the end of 2025.
