Order Status: Improve Search

As-Is: User enters search string and database searches PO#, order#, invoice #, quote#, item. The query searches too many records, takes too long and sometimes returns too many results.

To-Be: Provide a drop-down (defaulted to PO#). User enters search string and based on the drop-down selection of PO#, order #, invoice #, quote # or item #, the appropriate records will be searched.
