Enhance the e-lock Project Registration Form

On the main page, we will display all the submitted Registration Numbers. Long-term, we will add info about whether it has been submitted, approved or rejected.

The plan is to enhance the existing form to ask the customer how they generated demand for the project. 

On July 28th, we added Genea to the drop-down list of PACS partners. We added Verkada a few months ago.
