The CRM team enhanced their database and we want the 360 Portal to take advantage of the new functionality so we will be making enhancements. If you have ideas to improve the functionality, you can put them in the comments below.
The team is currently working on these enhancements:
- Have the cancelled cases display on the "closed cases" tab instead of the "my cases" tab.
- Add columns to the list of cases so users can find the relevant case.
- Add the ability to show/hide columns on the list of cases.
- Add ability to upload file(s) to a case and have them stored in the CRM system so they are available for the customer service reps.
- Set the functional group to Canada-Commercial so that customer service in Canada can work on the case.
