Order Status: How current is the data?

Each night the information from Allegion’s order entry systems (ERPs) is loaded into a database that the portal uses for Order Status. When you are logged in to the Order Status app, you can click the “Last Updated” to see the exact time that each order entry system loaded their information.

In the screen shot above (taken May 1, 2023), AX-Americas data was loaded at 4/30/23 at 5:02:42PM mountain daylight time and Canada Mapics data was loaded at 7:32:39PM 42PM mountain daylight time.
