Overtur: Why can't I see the Overtur tile on my 360 Portal landing page?

A: In order to see the Overtur tile, you must select a certain job function on your profile page. To look at or change your current job function, log into the 360 Portal and go to the launchpad

Navigate to the buttons shown in the picture below, clicking on the user icon and then "My Profile".

You should be sent to a page on profile.allegion.com. Click on the middle menu labeled "Company" and you will be able to see your current job function.

In order to see the Overtur tile, you must list your job function as one of the following:

-Design Team

-General Contractor

-Hardware Consultant

-Integrator

Remember that you may need to click the + sign to add the app to the launchpad.

If you have one of these job functions selected and still do not have the Overtur tile, please submit a ticket and the team will look into it.
